After you place your order, cancellations are not allowed. This is because we start working on your order shortly after you place it (yes, we start working before payment is received).
If on a payment plan, continued payments are still in full effect and will be applicable to our collection policies.
After 5 days, unpaid orders will incur a compounding 5% weekly late fee.
After 90 days, unpaid orders are sent to collections.

If a reviewer reposts their review or a link resurfaces, our monitoring system should automatically detect it and display a new line item that reads "Review Reposted" or "Link Resurfaced". This can take up to 24 hours to appear from the time it was reposted/resurfaced.
If it has been more than 24 hours since a review was reposted or a link resurfaced and your order is not acknowledging it, simply click the "This Didn't Help" button below and our team will look into it.
If your order is in the "Research" stage and you notice a URL or reviewer's name is incorrect, chances are we have not yet double-checked this information. If your order is in the "Active" stage and you notice these errors are still showing on your order, please click the "This Didn't Help" button below.
